  This is the worst place to go. Nobody know what they are doing, they are rude, they dont care about the customer. Direct quote from credit mgr. "I don't have time to talk to you on the phone.". Also when I was questioning a extra charge the girl laughed at me. Went down to physically talk to mgr. And he told me "we have over 400 customers and can't be expected to explain to each individual about their account". Awful, run, run far away!!!!

  Management is the worst ever very rude! They aren't their to make you worry free guarantee a success Thats for sure! Next time i rent IT WILL NOT BE FROM THIS RENT A CENTER!!!
