  I decided to look for engagement rings late 2013 and I knew I didn't want to buy from a big chain. I wanted to keep it local and I had heard of Ciccotti's so I decided to check it out. I'm very glad I did. I spoke with Tom Ciccotti about needing an engagement ring and he guided me to a perfect ring that fit our style. He was able to get me the diamond size and quality I wanted in the price range we spoke about. best of all, they were able to have the ring ready in very little time. I had a short dead line and they were still able to get it to me by the time I wanted to propose. I felt very confident buying from them then, and I felt confident buying from them for our wedding bands (which we just got today, and they look amazing.) I will continue to go to Ciccotti's for any jewelry I need in the future.

  I recently went to Ciccotti's to purchase and engagement ring for my fiance. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and helpful, he was able to quickly point us in the direction of what we had in mind (even though we wanted something very simple and inexpensive). They were also very accommodating to the fact that I already had a diamond that I wanted to use in the setting and were very understanding that I had only a short period of time in the city. They were able to size my fiance to a perfect fit, mount my personal diamond, and work to have it done in a very timely manner (faster than I had anticipated). I felt very comfortable with Ciccotti's because not only did they treat me like family but, they do all of they're work in house which made me feel secure leaving my grandmother's diamond with them over night. All and all my fiance and myself were very happy with the reasonable price and the services provided by Ciccotti's.
